A full-scale reinterpretation of an already cutting-edge album. With 'Tech Dreams | The Remixes', Zombie Cats hand the keys of their 2023 LP 'Tech Dreams' over to a curated roster of remixers, Zombie Cats double down with two previously unreleased tracks from the original 'Tech Dreams' sessions, plus their own fresh version of 'Left Nothing'.

What emerges is not simply a remix compilation, but a deep-dive into alternate dimensions of the original sound: reflective, progressive, peak-time. Bringing together the three standout samplers (from Magenta, IYRE & Des McMahon) and a host of fresh perspectives from the scene's best, including Psynchro, Erotic Cafe' & Redemptive.

This album is more than a remix collection. It's a curated journey through one album's universe, reshaped by some of drum & bass's most forward-thinking producers. Rebel Cause is a Drum and Bass collective with a core formed by veteran producer inZtance (Villem Hion), his long-time studio partner Volume None, newcomer Rawla, and Toomas Teder, who is responsible for the visual identity. Their synergy creates a collective that embodies the traditions of the genre while remaining future-oriented. In anticipation of their upcoming debut album "Concepts," the collective is ready to introduce their work to a wider international audience.

A Shared Future

The birth of Rebel Cause is a natural continuation of the long-term collaboration between inZtance and Volume None, which has been expanded to include new talents (Rawla) and the visual aspect (Toomas Teder). 

Their shared journey has culminated in the 16-track album "Concepts," which will be released on the legendary Source Direct co-founder Phil Source's Vampire Records label. The label's roster also includes well-known names like Teebee, Zero T, Survival, Kolectiv, Physics, Nymfo and NC-17.
