There always comes a time in an artist's career where they need to start setting themselves apart & focusing on specific sounds & styles that suit them. Stevie South hopes to usher in a new age of Phonk Music with his Midwestern Style of Phonk. "Its a bunch of midwestern influences tossed in there with some southern shit. Its a very underground sound that takes a stab at being accessible to mainstream listeners. I plan on making several Albums like this. Hell maybe it will even become my primary genre. But I think if I can this sound in front of the right people. It will take off."
