Verdict:
Shirakane Hikari: FAIL. This is a very nice bank, but it is similar to other banks I have. Also, the way her "-o" phonemes are pronounced are not to my liking.

Verdict:
Shirakane Hiyori: PASS. This is actually a voicebank that I've wanted for years, and was only recently able to find.

Matsudappoiyo And Shirakane Hiyori- Aniimo

This is a test of Amane Luna's Dark voicebank, together with Alexei Lidell. The ust is by AnMeiChan.

Verdict:
Amane Luna Dark: PASS. While I would more properly call this a whisper bank, it is a very good, low bank.
Alexei Lidell: FAIL. The consonants in this bank are very long, and as result I found working with this bank extremely difficult.

This is a test of both Amane Luna Vivid and Matsudappoiyo Retake Against.

Verdict:
Amane Luna Vivid: FAIL. While this is a very nice voicebank, it is too similar to other voicebanks that I have.
Matsudappoiyo Retake Against: UNDECIDED. As you can probably tell, his "ka" and "ku" phonemes are having issues. Until I can determine whether this is a voicebank issue or a .ust issue, I cannot come to a decision.

Matsudappoiyo Retake Against And Amane Luna Vivid- Cantarella

I like it when I have to do only minimal work on fixing a .ust. This is by someone from Nico Nico Douga, but I don't know who. This was a test of Matsudappoiyo's Retake Heart (basically a whisper append) voicebank and Momone Momo's Whisper voicebank.

Verdict:
Matsudappoiyo Retake Heart: PASS. This is a really, really nice whisper bank, and probably one of my new favorites. His bank is a pretty easy whisper bank to use, so if you are thinking about trying a whisper bank for the first time, he definitely would be a good choice.
Momone Momo Whisper: FAIL. Momo fails this for a a few reasons. The first reason is that her voice is so whisper-y that it distorts the pitch of her voice in places. None of the resamplers or flags I used helped in any significant way. She is also needed several oto adjustments in order for her to sing this with proper rhythm. At the end of the day, I have better whisper voicebanks in the same range (like Sekka Yufu or Shirakane Hiyori) that unless I was a super Momo fan, she isn't really worth my effort.

Matsudappoiyo Retake Against And Momone Momo Whisper- Cendrillon

This .ust is by UTAUxyz/MystSaphyr. Edited by me. This was a test of Matsudappoiyo Retake Power and Namine Ritsu Strong (so basically 2 power banks).

Verdict:
Matsudappoiyo Retake Power: PASS. Just like his other banks, Matsudappoiyo's Power bank is a really nice voicebank.
Namine Ritsu Strong: PASS. After much deliberation I have decided to keep this bank as I really don't have many nasally voicebanks, and this (despite some oto issues which were easily fixed) is a nice one. I actually am going to ditch Ritsu's regular bank for this one.

Namine Ritsu Strong And Matsudappoiyo Retake Power- Matryoshka

This is a test of Asane Sana Boyish append and Amane Luna Solid. The .ust was not made by me.

Verdict:
Asane Sana Boyish- UNDECIDED BUT PROBABLY FAIL. Don't get me wrong Sana Boyish has a nice and distinct sound. The problem lies in 2 things. For starters, she's very muffled. Admittedly, I can fix that when I mix. But I shouldn't have to. The other thing is that her oto is only okay. For being a Windows 100% UTAU, her oto is better than her regular bank and Kaon Sakurai. But not by much. Also, this append sounds similar to Kaon.
Amane Luna Solid: PASS. This is a very nice and lowish bank. Her quality is exceptional, and she sounds different from her regular and Dark banks. Luna Solid is definitely staying.

EDIT: Soundcloud must have done something to my file because Defota is WAY louder than he is in the raw file that I have.
Here's a song everyone knows. This is Trick and Treat, by OSTER Project. I did not make the ust. This is a test of Defota and Matsudappoiyo Retake Honest. Since quite a lot of people like using Matsudappoiyo in the C4 range as well as C3, I've done half in one octave and half in the other.

Verdict:
Defota: PASS. Defota passes simply because he is a low version of Defoko, and I like Defoko's voice. However, he is quite a pain to mix, and his oto.ini is not very good. I will most likely go back and re-oto him. He is definitely not for beginners.
Matsudappoiyo Retake Honest: FAIL. This bank, like all of the other Matsudappoiyo banks, is excellent. It fails for me because I find it too similar to his other banks for me to justify keeping. But he is well worth it if you like this voice.

Matsudappoiyo Retake Honest And Defota- Trick And Treat

This is a test of both Akuta and Momone Momo Soft. Neither of them passed. I just wasn't nuts about either of their voices.
