This is a song devoted to a future day that will be at once terrible and beautiful - the return of the One who made all and through whom all hope is found. The return of the Creator to dwell with His creation. It is a reflection on the words of Jesus in Matthew 24-25, and a desire to be in that heavenly chorus of Revelation 19. It is a song of thanks and worship to the One who promises new life to people like ourselves who do not deserve it.

In Romans 8:38-39 it says, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
