Sveiki, čia ir vėl aš. Čia yra mano dainos kūrybinio proceso aprašas. Tekstas gimė kai pamiršau pažymėti bilietą autobuse ir gavau baudą. Supratau, kad vienintelis kelias į šviesą yra per muzikos garsus. Visada tas pats būna, važinėji kaip doras pilietis su bilietu bet viena karta vstk pamiršti pažymėt vstk ir gausi baudelę. 

Už 2 dienų išleisiu šios dainos vinilą, bus maikių dachują, koncertuosiu po visą Lietuvą ir tapsiu prezidentu. Pirkite mano vinilus ir nepamirškite ateiti į koncertus kurie vyks visoje Lietuvoje. 

Putinas nenori sustabdyti karo nes jis tsg bijo pripažinti kad jo pimpalėlis nebeveikia, nes jeigu jis db nustos kariaut tai tada visi sakys "nu va, pasirodo Putino pimpalėlis tikrai neveikia". Nu bet mes ir taip visi žinom, kad jo pimpalėlis jau kurį laiką nelabai ten veikia tai ką aš galiu padaryt nu. Kaip jis eis pas urologą jeigu pas juos visur kabinetuose Stalino paveikslai iškabinti? Kaip jis gali darytis šlaplės testą kai Stalinas žiūri? Baisu.

Volume 82 is a tribute to the great Simon Fisher Turner, put together by Leonid Treskunov who is based out of New York. S.F.T has been involved in an unusually wide range of music projects over his career (not to mention his success as an actor).  His work in music has ranged from composing soundtracks for films, playing in bands (most notably “Deux Files”), as well as recording and releasing material (to this day) under his own name and various aliases. Leonid has found a thread with this mix that highlights a particularly tender side of Turner’s catalogue. Much love to Leonid for putting some serious love into this one!

An exploration of baltic mythology and current day self-analysis, meshing into a narrative about losing oneself in dreams and visions. A retelling of the hero's journey in sound design, textures and distant, yet fervorous sonic movements towards the unknown.

IKRA SELECTS 001 WITH DAVAI BĖGAM

The mix consists of three pieces: ''Voyage'', ''eCo'' and ,,Meditation of the voice #3''. 

First one was made as a final work for the class of electronic music composition at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The piece is based on improvisation using voice, radio and hardware pedals such as delay and reverb. Also it consits some audio collages that were inspired by the content of ASMR. Intimate sounding but hardly recognisable samples are merging here with improvised narative, expressed by voice and raw sound processing. the voice is basicaly inviting a listener to ,,come come come with me straight to the Pandemonium and let's just see what's happening there, you'll see how the freedom looks like uoapapapapaaaaaa.....'' 


The second piece ''eCo'' is a smal collage of field recordings: the dialogue with a friend in his fathers' aluminium factory in Kozani, who's asking ,,is it good?'' while we were recording him welding; and also a field recording of the chistian mass in Lithuania, Kaunas (at Kaunas our Lord Jesus Christ's Resurrection Basilica).

The third piece ,,Meditation of the voice #3'' is a small excerpt from the authors' bacherol thesis project called ,,Experimental Adaptation of Music Composition Methods to Field Recording Sound Art''. The piece is an attempt to create a vocal improvisation, based on a field recording as a tonal material. The recording was made with few friends in Thessaloniki, playing with an old church bell. Another recording from Kaunas was added there as well – a sound of a metal construction in Kaunas Park of Calmness. These recordings were used as the acompaniment for singing and the whole piece ends with a recording from the metro in Milano, Italy (the sound of misery).

KnoRs is looking for answers in the field of music, natural sciences, technologies and media. Over the years he was active as an environmental microbiologist, as a drummer and/ or producer in different bands (RizzoKnoR, Tim and Puma Mimi, Fauves), he studied Biology, composition for film and media and worked as an expert in the field of interactive and digital media for the Swiss government.
KnoR did his comeback as a solo artist in June 2015. His two first EPs were supported by the critics and the audience. KnoR integrates his compositions into storytelling elements and transmedia performances. KnoR engages in creation to defend his ideal world against the recurrent waves of #idiocracy.
The mini concept album PLANET is completing KnoR‘s first trilogy. Anti-capitalism (KOBOI) and anti-nationalism (DON‘T GO) are followed by new compositions questioning the role and the meaning of political establishment (PLANET). A logical build on a disruptive agenda.

SUPERSYMMETRY

DJ, VJ and producer from São Paulo, Cigarra lives in Lisbon and is a member of Tropical Twista Records and Voodoohop. In her first EP, "Limbica" (Tropical Twista Records, 2016), the songs are based on sampling and she defends 10 years of musical research and her recent work on feminility and collages. The mixes are based on ancestral/organic and urban/synthetic cultures from the electronic ghetto to psychedelic rock.

[UNS#001] Cigarra - Baileia

1 Hour Meditation Music – One Hour Gong, Rainstick, Synth Mindfulness Background Music

Urban square Nauener Platz in Berlin was recently remodeled and reconstructed by urban planners and acousticians to improve its ambiance - with special regard to its sonic properties. One of the outcomes of this project is a noise barrier (gabions) reducing traffic noise on the playground.

Following a particular "soundscape approach" Brigitte Schulte-Fortkamp and her colleagues conducted "soundwalks" and invited local residents to participate in the planning process. In respondance to their requests for pleasant sounds several "audio islands" were installed: visitors of Nauener Platz are supposed to sit down on benches with integrated speakers and to listen to ocean surf or birdsong. In effect these sounds now merge with the traffic noise in the background, thus creating a strange mix of environmental sounds which were formerly antithetic.

For her work at Nauener Platz Schulte-Fortkamp was granted the “European Soundscape Award” in November 2012.
