Ambient Rock

Second version of a tune I first recorded back in the 2001
Laying on a beach with the ambient Sun bathing you with its warmth, dreaming of what makes you peaceful and Happy.

Silver Clouds Version 2 (2008-9)

Recorded on a basic tascam 4 track tape recorder, a quick sound test to  to explore rhythmic guitar delays . In the background the ambient sounds are whats known as a guitar Glissando effect, by playing the open strings with a smooth matallic bar, in this case a tremolo arm.

Light Geometry (2001)

Third version of this tune with great Ethereal vocals from Judith,
adding deeper meaning to the song.

Floating World V2 (1990)

One of three separate guitar solos to the same backing track, this one, the clean solo.
recorded on a Boss micro Br-80, which has some very nice guitar tones and eband backing track loops, so to be more spontaneous
I could not resist playing to this backing track .
I changed the image, now I feel happier that I did, because of the Deep appreciation for this Guy's talant and his chosen musical Pathway.

The Chosen Path (2024)

Recorded on Basic 4-Track cassette recorder with delay effect making a tempo, I thought of the hobbits Journey when I was finding a name for this tune

The Circle V3 (1990)

This Is an old guitar idea from around 1983. Concept of the tune 
would be the long journey to return to the Heart.

Journey to the Crystal City (2010)

Recorded on a basic 4-Track tape machine. Inspired by the peacful time in the gardens of a historical mansion not far from Scarborough on East coast of England.

Garden Of The Source (2003)

This tune Is from an Idea I have on a video that I made a few years ago in the lockdown period. The video was myself playing to a loop I had made quickly, but I liked the vibe and always wished to record this properly, so the source of this tune is this video https://youtu.be/zWut8y0hQYA
I added an ambient guitar technique at 3.06 minutes, called ''Glissando'' that I picked up through listening to the great band ''Gong'' and the exceptional Guitarist ''Steve Hillage''. This effect was developed by Daevid Allen, Gong,
by means of using a smooth metal bar (tremolo arm) in a sweeping motion
across guitar strings with delay fx and other ambient fx.

Freeworld (2023)

After composing the initial basic structure of this tune, its vibe reminded me of what I imagined Angels to be, focused on assisting, answering the sincere call for help with wisdom and empathy and restoring balance to all realms that they work within. These are my musical compositions since I began recording on 4-track tape, and later on with laptop, have been adding new compositions in the last few years here and there.
Mostly instrumental recordings, and tracks with vocal, adding extra musical Dimensions and athmospherics.
I have many musical influences, there are special bands and musicians I grew up listening to, Gong, Steve Hillage, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Ozric Tentacles, Pink Floyd, Soft Machine, John Martyn (ecoplex guitar master), Return to Forever,  Zappa, and from my own country, Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore, CLannad.
