This gentle yet powerful meditation aligns us to the moments of our life, and the creation of them. 
As I took the meditation myself in the days following  Zac’s channelling of it, I felt a profound sense of being held, of balance and focus. A subtle ‘lifting up’ as I experienced the possibilities laid before me whilst feeling a deep sense of peace and love from the Universe. Extraordinary. 

The energy encoded within the meditation is palpable, no doubt attuning to the needs of the listener/experiencer. For myself I felt it act as a bridge, carrying me easily forward through the transitions and transformations. 

Zac leads us on a journey of energy and feeling rather than visualisation. Music to the ears of those who find visualisation challenging! For those who are predominantly visual it is likely colours and your own imagery may arise from the energy and Zac’s words too. 

This is a meditation to enjoy for sure, it feels luxurious as we travel deep within and step in to the potential of the moments of our lives. There are opportunities  for cleansing moments, for creation of the new, of extending and stretching moments, all whilst being infused and empowered by the experience. Utilising the power of the heart, the Universe (and Zac) come to our aid walking us in to a future with grace and kindness by our sides, leaving  ‘goodness in our wake’. Glorious.

I will leave you with some words from Zac, imparted you will hear more than once during the meditation. He says this is a truth of our time, as  ‘the time has come’ is the theme for this meditation I felt these words echo deep within my soul… I wonder how you will feel when exposed to them during the meditation too? As Zac would say, perhaps something to ponder on…

'These months ahead, as I said, you know, very, very strong energy coming through and therefore there is quite a lot of pressure on your physical body.' Zac

Zac Chat ~ A Guide For The Future ~ March 2024

'This is about your health, wellbeing and your enjoyment of life. As you are holographic, every cell of your being is reflecting what you're feeling, outside.' Zac

Zac is filled with inspiring Festival Spirit in the wake of the stunning Solar Eclipse Supermoon and we rapidly approach the once in a lifetime, Jupiter conjunct Uranus transit in Taurus this weekend, closely followed by the Full Moon in Scorpio on the 23rd. Each of the forementioned are potent influencers, likely to usher in significant changes for each of us over the coming months and year. As you will hear we are gently being drawn inwards, to truly examine and upgrade our inner reality; our outgrown beliefs and shadows so that we transcend our lower frequency emotions. Zac, as always, is offering us such astute, wise council; empathic emotional guidance so that we can truly harness the dynamic evalatory energies currently available to us all.

'This time we have moved into now after these eclipses is another stage of light on your planet'. Zac

As we have discussed on many occassions it is easy to place our focus on our outer world and all that is; 'Wrong', 'Out of balance', 'Misaligned' etc when remarkably we are coming to understand that all of it is simply the outer reflection of our inner environment playing out so that, very conveniently, we can 'innerstand' where we actually need to place our focus; even when we can't see how that can be possilbe! (Those tricky shadows are often so complex and sensitive for us to see for ourselves!) Zac ensures that these more emotionally touchy topics, that can so easily trigger our defensive shadow states, are explored with so much love, enlightened guidance and indeed a splash of his effervescent humour; keeping vibrations high, and inspiring the essential element of optimism, enabling healing and evalation to be forefront in our minds. 

A very dear friend of mine often used a highly relevant expression, related to the topic we are discussing. "Awareness Preceeds Change"  Once we have contemplated all that Zac shares in this transmission I'm sure this is what we will each be discovering on multiple counts as we positively connect with our inner authority!! 

'Know the wisdom of your heart, and that you have changed. Everybody has changed; Earth has changed.' Zac

We have inner work to do! Zac asks us: What are you doing to allow yourself to be more in the higher frequency emotions than in the lower ones?  

It's time for all of us to be honest with ourselves and set ourselves free from the more debilitating lower frequencies... 

'True mastery is actually letting the anger go, letting the fear go, letting the jealousy go, letting the shame go, whatever it is that is debilitating to you, and actually choose a higher emotion.'  Zac

We are encouraged to join Zac in a short closed eye process as he guides us to Wander The Lanes Of Wonder with him as we venture forth into higher vibrational living. 

Of course, there are times when we may find we have been triggered, and are in a situation where we have lower vibration emotions spiraling round and round, building momentum and escalating within; anger, jealousy, rage, fear and so forth. Zac guides us how to consciously shift out of this stuck state and convert these emotions into those that are of a higher energetic state, much more comfortable and heart based.

So, let us flow with it like the rivers that are flowing around the world. Let us flow because when we do not flow everything becomes condensed. When we flow we expand.  Zac
