My musical journey continues in 2024 with the first single of a bunch to come more named ‘I’m Enough (Cosmos)’. For this record I wanted to make a retro indie pop track with influences from 80s pop rock, everything from Madonna to The Cure. So I didn't use sidechaining as I do on more dancier tracks, to make it sound more like a live recorded track. The guitars are very uplifting too, with influences from 80s U2, Talking Heads and A Flock Of Seagulls. I used a lot of synths too, to add to the ethereal feeling. Overall it is a throwback to the old Futurecop! records.

Not Giving Up

People in northern Germany talk badly about others and don't want anything to become better. Around millenium time I began to nearly complete quit smoking weed for five years. Then I rarely tried sometimes again, noticing that it immediately made me psychologically dependent again. So I quitted again forever in late 2009. I began to do a job then for two years which I wouldn't could do with that very good employment reference, if I still would have smoked weed then. From late 2009 til today I did not consume just a nanogram of it.
During my time at the Technical college in Southern Germany in the evening classes in 2012/13, they said that they used to have problems with drug addicts there and I often cleaned the schoolyard of cigarette butts.
The employees of a job center there often accused me, completely untrue, of "taking drugs."
In 2015, I was forcibly treated and placed under compulsory care due to a false drug analysis without a signature, which I could only found out in 2014. Evidence must be presented. There is overarching evidence that I did not consume any drugs.
My stepparents died and I found out thereafter, that I had previously been expressly confirmed by the court as the sole heir before I was then disinherited. That meant a sum of approximately 170.000€.

kid of the 80s, music-nerd from the first hour and in love with the analogue synthesizer sound of the eighties and all the synth stuff beyond. I produce and program the iconic 80s synth sounds in the music genres of synthwave, dreamwave and retropop with a modern shaped note. in addition to the arturia midi-controlling hardware stuff, I use several popular plugin software synthesizers like u-he diva, lennar sylenth1, reveal spire, reason and especially the cult vintage instruments of the roland brand (jupiter4&8, juno106, sh101, jd800) which were influential at that time.
