Maine native, Dave Rowe, grew up with folk music flowing through his veins. The son of a member of a popular folk trio, there was always a sort of expectation that Dave would “join the family business,” which he did at the tender age of 15. With fifteen critically-acclaimed recordings and a music career that has endured some 27 years, Dave is one of Maine’s most sought-after folk artists. He firmly believes that singing is balm for the soul, and that singing together—whether in choirs, at pubs, at concerts, or at kitchen parties—is a primary part of the human experience.
