Savej’s full “Entheogenetic” album is coming out on Gravitas Recordings September 29th and is a multi-cultural blend of ancient future and world bass. This genre-bending journey pays homage to various cultures who have influenced Savej and celebrates their history through a new idea of music. This album digs deep into the ancient idea of music and is packed full of influences and collaborations with SOOHAN, Liquid Bloom, Lil Fish, Johnny Buffalo and Ronnā Yawa. The last ‘Wacomaya’ single is donating 100% of proceeds to the non-profit (Futuro Nativo) to support the solar project aimed at acquiring solar panels for Ronnã’s village in the Brazilian Amazon.  Savej’s album uplifts cultures like this through music, and he created a beautiful exploration through different ideas and many ancient traditions under one cohesive journey.

I know I've been really quiet over the last couple months, there's been a lot going on in my personal life and I've been working hard to find a balance. Just want you all to know that despite the silence I've been working feverishly on a ton of new music, including an EP, which I'm so excited to show you :)

This is gonna be the first in a series of mixes I'll be putting up from time to time. I'm not really planning on making it a monthly thing, I love making these, but I think it's more important right now to focus on writing new material. sooooooo they'll be posted when I feel the time is right.

To celebrate the new season of the Episodic Festival series, premiering next week on August 4th and 5th at The Gorge Amphitheater in George, WA, Pretty Lights has released a collection of rare, and unreleased tunes into the hands of fans in the form of USB 2.0. As the “Pretty Lights Movement” project continues to evolve, the idea of getting old and rare tunes to the fans as a way to progressively collaborate, bring the entire community together, share art in a different format, and move these rare pieces of sound forward to the social media platform also continues to evolve.

The Pretty Lights team has big things in store for this years Episodic Festival Series and the rest of 2017, along with the growing #PLMovement project… The expansion of this idea, the ongoing collaboration within the PLF community, and the sharing of art from all the different artists involved in new progressive ways, are things to look forward to from the PL team and the family in the near future… Stay Tuned!
