Cxtene (Ca-te-ne), alias for Andrea Vaghi, represents the Italian producer and performer’s latest attempt to project himself out of some of the electronic’s music existing paradigms that somehow characterized his previous works.

This new live-oriented project has at its core a philosophy of letting sound flow effortlessly, treating each session as a different chapter of an ever-lasting performance. His approach to deconstructing, screwing up, and re-combining elements from different music styles results in an abstract and inventive take on ambient, trance, dub, bass, and everything in between
