This song was written by me in 2016 while I was living a very tough period of my life and I was not able to speak to and understand anyone else. However, the music has been written by 5 people who have taken part of the band through the years.
The long intro with the guitar and violin seems to represent a desparate weep and the bass and drums at the end of the intro resembles a heartbeat slowing down, close to death.
Then the explosion, the anger and the will to escape.
You can read the lyrics as you like, as you were oppressed by a bad relationship, by bad job, by bad politics or even by the world that is going to die.

It was 2011 when this song was released and it immediately struck me, maybe cause I like stopped guitar strings sound or maybe for some lyrics I heard.

Actually, my version is a completely different song, because this is the real idea of cover to me: I play something putting my feelings inside, arranging according to my style and my vocal range, not trying to imitate original effects and dynamics. Are you asking yourself whether I am arrogant? Yes, I am. And so?

Dear Klaus and Hans,
I hope one day you will read this message and, of course, listen to this stuff. I think you wrote one of the most beautiful music ever and, since I like putting my stuff when I cover, I’ve tried to change some little things and write some melodies for the instruments. 
Unfortunately I’m currently alone (thanks to the quarantine too) and I’m not so good with sound, so I hope you will appreciate the composition I’ve made, apart from the digital sound, and you think it’s a good tribute. 
I will have a band and will play this everywhere, reminding people of the masterpiece you have made.
