A City Apart was originally a solo project. The songwriter decided to start a full band in 2012. The band never fully gelled, due to interchanging musicians. Dave spent a year c0-writing some songs and had a lot of fun working with the music. He was also able to get a chance to work with acclaimed producer, Jim Wirt out of Cleveland. A City Apart spent a year writing and had a lot of fun playing the ghost town of an abandoned building in downtown Cleveland.
