Crafted almost entirely from field recordings, the ‘Outer’ tracks capture the raw energy and unexpected rhythms of real-world environments.

Outer 1 pulses with the hypnotic churn of a laundromat, transforming the mechanical whirrs and metallic clatters into driving, kinetic techno. Outer 2 draws from the eerie acoustics of an abandoned bread factory, weaving industrial echoes and ghostly atmospheres into a relentless groove.

In contrast, the ‘Inner’ tracks are sculpted from the familiar heartbeat of a single drum machine, recorded within the producer’s own studio sanctuary. Each beat and subtle modulation reflects the introspective process of creation, offering a stripped-back yet immersive listening experience.

‘Outer / Inner’ is an exploration of contrasts—between chaos and control, public and private, the world outside and the world within.
