As Russia continues to press into Ukraine, I remember my grandparents, who left Odessa and Kiev to come to Canada.  A prayer for peace and to preserve the beauty of Ukraine and her people.

A few seconds of the mellifluous tone of Bill Coull (yes, pronounced "Cool") of CKUA Radio, who passed away in June of 2003. Bill was an innovator in Edmonton broadcasting, with a show that introduced a wide range of influences, from jazz to classical to what we now call world music. I was proud to have funded an hour of his show in Honour of Dan & Esther
