Here's my new Jaco cover!

I doubled the bass in two tracks. The only parts that are not live are the parts with thirds and sixths harmonies after the first fast part, but the rest was played all together.

The drums were from Session Drummer, the pianos are the Nord Piano 2 HA88. The rest is fretless bass.

From the North to the South is about actively affirming one's authentic and unique connection to earth and sky, the great within and without.    This is achieved by assuming a position of humility which comes naturally after becoming aware of the many hands at work in the background, preparing the space in which we work, relax or celebrate.    The original inspiration comes from a wonderful introduction made by activist Julia Butterfly Hill at the Chrystal Ballroom in Portland, OR, benefiting the non profit group Pangaea founded by Deb Delman and Stephanie Tolk.
