This album of soundscape-sound meditations was recorded over two weeks in Brentwood, CA at my parents house visiting them for the first time during these quarantine times. Each track has a different intention, enjoy this audio journal of connections and community that were all freely improvised with the feelings of the moment.

Pondering Toad (in a basket...)

Sharing a beautiful evening of community with my parents neighbors. This song's intention named by Sophia is 'Calm'. She loves bouncing on the suspended chair to give the lights a bouncing effect. We enjoyed her trampoline earlier and that bouncing also inspired me throughout the song. There are many types of calm in our daily lives, lets be thankful for finding calm in those strings of moments.

Equinox Vibin'

After spending two weeks visiting my parents for the first time in 6 months, I am so grateful to find the community that they have been quarantined with in their court. The amount of community and neighborly love I experienced has filled my soul. Thank you all who have made me feel that this to is also my home.
