This composition is the outcome of a sonic metamorphosis. The original track has been created along with the Elektron Digitakt. The final process is the result of the granular synthesis of Cecilia C5.

The Rise Of A Desire

During the autumn of 2015, I spent 3 nights of spontaneous and chaotic recording session with myself, recluse in a welding factory in Drummondville (CA). I was armed with drums, a guitar, a bass synth, some bottles of red wine, recording stuff and some piercing and confused intentions. The main thing i can remember of those nights is that they were inspired by burgundy and deep purple colors. Finally, a white sun appeared.

My musical research is oriented toward a diverse branch of electronic and experimental music such as ambient, electroacoustic and industrial.

I'm a sound designer and sound engineer for about 20 years. My practice could be characterized as “sculptural sound environment”. The use of the live sound and other pre-recorded sources(field recordings or music) are the primary matter of my work. Not to mention the importance of the creative way of using sound system reinforcement, spatialization and processing. I've collaborated and toured around the world with Dimitris Papaioannou, Fritz company Bigi / Paoletti and others. I also have diversified my craft to other creative and technical specialties such as special props design.
