So I really love the original, but something in my brain makes me imagine robot noises over everything I listen to. The vocal on this is so beautiful, so ethereal, and all I can think is GLITCH IT UP. Really happy with how this one came out though, it makes me feel like I'm cliff diving off into the glassy Mediterranean waters, and then like partying with robot dolphins and sea horses and shit. Yeah I don't know either

so this is my cover of the brilliant "Shooting Stars" by Bag Raiders. i remember listening to the original about 8 million times when it came out... it was one of the first indie/electronic tracks that I really fell in love with, and it's one of those songs that for years would randomly get stuck in my head... and yep that's me singing :) really proud of how it turned out... hope i did the original justice and ENJOY!!!

so every now and then i hear a song that hits me right in the feels, makes me feel like butterflies and sunsets and lonely bars, and this was one of them. i was simultaneously in love and also furious that I didn't write this song, so i was incredibly psyched to work on the remix - it reminded me how fun and awesome making music can be. it's one of the most emotional and moving dance tracks I've heard in awhile, so I tried to honor that and still put my own twist on it. much love to mako, those guys are brilliant, so go follow them and check them out if you haven't already. Coldplay X Porter Robinson - Fix Your Sad Machine (Jack Davis Mashup)

My Friend Ed showed me this Illenium track at around 9PM on a Tuesday and by 2AM the following morning I pretty much had the finished track! Loved working on this one - got totally absorbed in the project and hopefully created a remix that puts an energetic Progressive spin on things. Thanks to The Fat Mastering for their help too :)

Tritonal - Now Or Never (Yetep Remix)

Imogen Heap’s ‘Hide And Seek’ is a blockbuster track that King Otto Knows decided to remix at the beginning of 2010. In fact, Otto Know's remix stayed atop Dancing Astronaut’s most downloaded tracks for two months straight! No other song has come close to that since our establishment and I would argue that Otto Knows remix is as massive. Avicii always plays this in his live sets and it has been out for several months now, but it has not quite received the praise in truly deserves. 
Anyway Avicii played it in Hannover. I personally prefer this version over the Afrojack version, i prefer piano melody and synth over the Dutch beats.
What do you guys think?
