Not A Summer Mixtape 2021

A few months ago, I was dreaming of all the travelling, dancing and listening to music that was meant to happen this summer. Funny how things change almost overnight. Instead, I've spent a lot of time dancing around in my kitchen - more than I usually do. This mix has got some of those tracks which have really cheered me up and got me dancing. Indecent Noise - Mental Asylum Radio 213

Those of you who regularly follow Global DJ Broadcast will know that in recent years, I've introduced the Four Seasons series; which consists of one special mix during each quarter of the calendar, based on a particular theme. I always looked forward to the spring, where the flowers would blossom and make what we see more colorful. Marrying that idea with the bind of artist and vocalist led to the creation of the annual In Bloom mix.

My wish is that when we get out on the other side of this pandemic, we'll be able to go on those walks and take in the scenery around us. So as a way of saying thanks to you all again, on top of Community in Isolation and the live streams from the balcony, this year's In Bloom for the first time is a specially extended 3 hour edition - with loads of your favorite vocal tracks mainly across trance, but also a little bit of progressive and deep house too. And of course, a couple of cherished classics thrown in.

I hope that it is something you will download to keep in your collection forever. Enjoy the journey.
