The origin to this song is a guitar track by REKHA. I added som organ, synth bass and a keyboard played drum track as well as wrote lyrics and sang the underlying male vocal. REKHA finished it all off with the lead female vocal. This is long, but we do hope you enjoy listening.  And for all of you smokers and ex-smokers, you know what I'm talking about at the end...

I bought this children's guitar at GoodWill for less than $15... I put $6 worth of good nylon strings on it.  And then I just played it.  Maybe I'm out of line... especially since I set the levels too high when recording it.  But there's something about this recording: I guess beauty is in the ear of the beholder...

Inspired by a painting I saw in a Dundee gallery called Christ and the two Disciples on the Way to Emmaus. What got me was the look of astonishment on the disciples faces as they realised their travelling companion was the resurrected Christ.
