ever since I was a kid I felt this song was deserving of an extended version, so this is my take on how that might have sounded

The result of writing lyrics to the rather distasteful Over the Horizon theme for the Galaxy S23 family, and adding extra instrumentals like a rhythm guitar.
When writing the lyrics to this, I wanted to talk about saving an unfortunate partygoer from a fentanyl low, ensuring that he will still be alive as long as he is given the correct remedies. I considered the optimistic mood that Yaeji invoked in her composition, and upon working on the lyrical adaptation, I found that it combined two different sequences.
Then it clicked: I decided to incorporate a lead singer into the second section—Kevin from Synthesizer V Studio, who would be the ideal singing voice for Fox McCloud.

I didn’t get to writing those lyrics until some time in late January–early February of 2024. Reciting the lyrics also took some practice, as I had to go at a fast pace when spitting the bars, which were partially influenced by Eminem for the technique of near-rhymes. There were a few lines that I thought wouldn’t fit given the ill structure of the composition.

The voice clip “Go, go, go!!!” obviously came from the Rhythm Heaven minigame “Figure Fighter” but I thought it sounded exactly like Fox McCloud, and so I used it as a cue for me to start spitting the bars.
