It is about regret. Sleeping on commitments. The missed alarms and moments that are memories now. It’s about the frustration of trying to change for someone who wouldn’t meet you halfway, or resenting them for not changing for you. See and Sleep is about yearning: the desperate need to be seen, understood, and held by the one you love, even (and especially) as they drift out of reach.
