The very long-awaited, tenth release of iO (Mulen)’s Blackloops label is finally in the stores. Probably, the most massive release on the label ever, that has been carefully fed to very close friends and family for around a year. We just can’t be happier about it.

This one, despite the usual name of DiSKOP, is a collaboration between iO (Mulen) and Pan4ez, a Ukrainian UKG and 2-step wizard. The legendary Secretsundaze, now led solely by James Priestley, is set to embark on an exciting new chapter in 2024. He has taken the project into a more focussed club-leaning lane, reflecting his vision through fresh solo productions under the Secretsundaze moniker. 

As well as this Secretsundaze marks a new chapter in the institution’s storied history with the foundation of the new imprint 9FINITY (@9finity-hq). The label aims to run with this descriptor through no-nonsense, discerning dance records from artists at the vanguard of modern club music. 

Making a statement with its maiden release, is a vinyl only V/A compiled with the considered curation synonymous with the Secretsundaze name. 9FINITY001 brings together the talents of Eoin DJ, DJ Life, Luca Attanasio, Coffintexts and E-Talking across 5 tracks and digital bonus that act as a distillation of the label’s sonic vision. The debut release, 9FINITY001, is set to drop on September 19th.

In celebration of this milestone and in true Secretsundaze style is the announcement of the 9FINITY launch party at London’s iconic Pickle Factory on September 28th. The event welcomes E-Talking and club favorite Lora Mipsum to the pickle spaceship, alongside Secretsundaze for a night of heads down, hands up dance music. "Most of my work has been sample driven so far, making playful house edits with hard hitting drums. After recently releasing two original house tunes of mine on Spotify and Bandcamp, I wanted to start on something a little different. Taking a Flowdan acapella and combing it with some classic UK sounds, it resulted in this high energy, peak time hitter. "
