David Kevin Tickle was born in Lancaster, England.  He has been a gigging, recording and song-writing musician for most of his working life.  He has worked alongside and played in the past with people such as Manchester Indie Band Candlestick Park AKA The Waltones (Album ‘Re-Invent The Wheel’), Robert Palmer, production team Jolley-Harris-Jolley and Innocence (making numerous TV appearances including the BBC’s TOP of THE POPS), Matt Aitken (of Stock, Aitken and Waterman), George Williams (The Tymes), and Edwin Starr.

Songwriting and production credits include ‘Falling on Your Feet’ (TV Theme music with producer Phil Wainman) and a co-writer of the 2nd place composition ‘This Time’ in the UK’s Musicians' Union National Song Contest.  He is a regular contributor to the ‘The UK Songwriting Competition’ with three commendations for his songs in 2014. (Click the SoundCloud link or YouTube below to listen)

As well as performing and recording his own material, David enjoys performing as a piano vocalist, covering songs from his favourite artists and influences such as Billy Joel, Styx, Carol King and The Eagles.

David partecipa regolarmente alla 'UK Songwriting Competition' ed ha ottenuto, nel solo 2014, tre accrediti per le sue canzoni.
Oltre a scrivere e produrre il proprio materiale, David ama esibirsi al piano e come vocalista, riproducendo le canzoni degli artisti preferiti tra i quali Billy Joel, Styx, Carol King, The Eagles che lo hanno influenzato durante la sua carriera.
