I bought ice tea, it came in a particularly crinkly cup. In less than an hour I cranked out this cup composition.

I have a 30 minute drive to work in the morning down Route 9. I also have a new (and rare-ish) car, a Toyota CHR; so I've also been on the lookout for the same car on the road and to judge the type of people who would drive this car. On one of these morning commutes it was a cloudy Fall day as I spotted another CHR in the wild for the first time. It had a beautiful blue coat (I had bought one with grey coat as it was the cheapest and I'm not picky about color). This shiny vehicle was driving slowly in the right lane. As a dedicated left-laner, upon passing it, I glanced over to see an unhappy-looking elderly lady smoking with the windows down. In the past half year, I've seen her 4 more times. Sometimes smoking, but always with her window down. I don't know where she originates from, but she gets off of Route 9 by Framingham State. As I notice her and pass her, I wonder if she ever notices me as I pass by, and I wonder why she chose to buy a Toyota CHR.

Part of a musical called "A Shrub Named Douglas" that I wrote in 12 hours while I was under the weather and taking a sick day from work/school. This is the first song, and I wrote it in about 30 minutes. I recorded it later that week.
