Franco Dalmati returns to Loot Recordings with a three-track release that captures the interplay of rhythmic drive, melodic tension, and rich textures. Featuring two originals and a remix by Paul Deep, it showcases a cohesive and dynamic sound that unfolds with depth, movement, and energy.

The title track “Trying” is a deep tech-influenced groove with punchy drums, cascading delays, and a melodic breakdown that shifts the energy without losing the rhythm. Tightly crafted, this one hits with both precision and emotion.

Paul Deep remixes “Trying” into expansive territory with a version that rolls forward on hypnotic synth lines and immersive tension. Twisted melodies and crisp percussion give it a commanding presence while staying rooted in the original’s spirit.

“Concordia” closes the release with an energetic, percussive flow powered by radiant synth chords and a bouncing rhythm. It’s a vibrant, infectious track that fuels the dance floor with momentum and intensity.

I’ve been testing this track out on the road for the better part of 12 months, tweaking the moments until I felt it had just the right amount of dance floor appeal. It’s been so exciting to watch people connect with it right in front of me. I wrote the hook after wrapping up a club show at Audio in San Francisco back in June 2018. The crowd was really gravitating towards sustained, rolling grooves that night, so when I got back to the hotel I really felt the need to make one that was just for them. The speech in the breakdown is a sample of a local San Franciscan dance legend who I’ve respected for a long time, and I felt it was just too perfect to let the track out into the world without it.

Sala Tribeca (Oviedo), Maré Alta (Oporto, Portugal), Matineè No Limit Festival (Gijón), Le Colisée (Ajaccio, France), Le Napoleon (Propriano, France) Aquarium (Lowestoft, UK) LeClub (Tenerife) Look Club (Viana do Castelo) Cafe del Mar (Tenerife) Papagayo Beach Club (Tenerife) are among the places David Manso has work with. He’s shared booth with worldwide renowned DJ’s such as Taito Tikaro, Juanjo Martin, Dario Nuñez, Yves Larock, David Herrero, Uner, etc… In the production field he works with Beachside Records from Miami, London based labels Slick Records and Prison Entertainment along with King Street Sounds from New York and more. Nowadays, he is bringing his Deep style to different lounges throughout Tenerife as Le Club or Fiji and House Music in different clubs as Magic or El Rincón de Tintín. In 2013 he begins the project Deep Avenue a Mixtape podcast released on Soundcloud bringing the last news of Deephouse, NuDisco and House Music.
