The song is an endless whirl (Verses are and will be added as the writer matures), with each verse following a form where by an event of very tiny local significance is commented upon by a group of people united by their qualification (or notoriety), concluding with a reason given by the narrator (resolution of sorts...). 
Then the Chorus is a series of Pompous declarations of Global magnitude each one of them countered by a childish heckle...
