Recorded pre-dawn 22nd May 2016 in Southwick Woods, Northamptonshire, this is not mixed - it is simply the live recording with hiss reduction and bandpass filtering applied. This starts quietly and gets louder - don't turn up too much initially! Recorded using Rode NT4/Blimp to Marantz PMD 671

After creeping quietly through the pre-dawn woodland to make this recording without disturbing the wildlife, I literally fell off my folding stool when a Muntjac started barking close behind me - I may not have been able to see the nettles, but could confirm they were there!
