“I first encountered Cormac about 15 years ago when I was a resident at an after-hours queer party called Yello and he was a regular guest. Many years later we bonded over high energy house and disco. I thought it was a nice touch to pay homage to those times, and there's another tip of the hat to Belfast party starters Ponyhawke who have carried the mantle for diverse and inclusive dancefloors in Belfast here in 2023.  The lead track is a collaboration with a Ukrainian artist, Ready in LED and it had Polari written all over it. Olya is a superstar and I’m very excited to be working with her.”

Ready in LED who has recently released on Polari herself, has made a stellar contribution to Jordan‘s forthcoming EP, she lends her extraordinary vocal prowess to the opening track, "Over & Over," infusing it with captivating strength. A2 made by the Moustache label boss David Vunk himself tracktittle with the name TR-ago-909 David Vunk - TR-ago-909 is a tribute to his buddy Tom Trago. a very deepish new style filterhouse track... with powerfull TR-909 drum patterns, miami vice toms, black basslines, classic 90-ies sounds and a sample that goes on and on and says i can't take this don't give up a true club banger. b1 Electrick Dragon - Blue Meanie excels in the wide palette of the musical scale's where this track is drifting on.The result is again a serious melodic track as you can expect in the meantime from this very talented producer. It is amazing how he's does this every time without the use of acoustic but only electronic instruments and still knows how to arouse an emotion which evokes again and again a euphoric feeling when you listen to it. If we ask Rick how he got the obscure title for this track, he says quite simply that it is the name from a sound bank in his synth that carries that name that he has used for almost the whole production of this track. B2 Dj Ricky da Dragon - Those Day's is clearly a sincere but also catchy tribute to the early days of Chicago house music. Especially the recognizable drum sounds from the TR707 give you the idea of being surrounded by the sounds of particular those day's. Accompanied by a very melodic Korg bass line, heavy pianos and synths make the atmosphere really complete. And to confirm the message even more , the track this time is carried by Ricky da Dragon's own singing voice forged to one song and can please many house lover , on the dance floor or not with this classic-sounding masterpiece. don't sleep on this, limited copies....

Hot on the heels of Sprechen’s debut release from Damon Jee which found favour amongst names such as Ivan Smagghe, Justin Robertson, Nick Warren, Jacques Renault & Kasper Bjorke comes the follow up from label boss & founder Chris Massey!

The Pink Flamingo EP kicks of with a no frills, straight up powerhouse pumper in the form of “You Are Divine” which tips the hat at the self proclaimed “Filthiest Person Alive”….a big bubbling Hi-Nrg style workout with added keys & cosmic drenched weirdo drum sounds (courtesy of the Emperor Machine) ensures that more than just the top shirt button will be getting undone during this campaign.

This is followed by “Floor To The Four” which takes the jackin baton and goes for gold….cut up & stuttered vocals from a Chicago producer are scattered across a full on 909 workout that leads to a drop where said producer explains the inner workings of certain studio toys….one for the geeks & the freaks….all are invited!

ROTCIV gets busy on remix duty for Floor To The Four and brings all his Berlin based wisdom to the party to deliver a whole much darker affair which belongs in the deepest of darkrooms…the addition of piano lightens the mood whilst still keeping one foot firmly in the mist…lovely stuff.

Moustache Records welcomes Senor Chugger to the label family! His debut EP 'One More Tune & One More Pint' (yes come on let's have it!!) aims to encompass the euphoric feeling of being on a dance floor with nothing but your mates and some good music (and pints). Honestly I'd be happy if that's what's awaiting me in the afterlife. 'Press the Flesh' is the head of our proverbial euphoric snake, making no promises other than you'll have a bloody good time listening to it. 'Midnight Scooter Cruise' is about those last few moments before the lights come on; feeling genuinely happy to have been able to live in the present for more than a few seconds throughout the night and have a laugh - followed by thoughts such as 'Goodness me I'm going to feel horrific tomorrow'. Flipping over to the B side (or the snake's ass, if you will), we have 2 tracks competing for the loudest snare award. 'Head in the Clouds of Smoke' is a nod towards the great times had in the peak of the midday sun at festivals, where otherwise non-smokers inexplicably decide to chuff their way through a 20 pack. Last, but by no means least, 'Newton Abbot Reunion' is about going back home to see old friends - one of the more wholesome hangovers I'm sure you can relate to. Overall this EP wants you to keep on dancing - there will always be one more tune, and one more pint (unless you've had too many in which case don't do that). 'Very very good EP.
