Dürerstuben - Met Chin In Moo's Eak EP

Cologne based collective Laut & Luise is happy to present you its first release. Right on time with summers peak coming, Berlins Dürerstuben made two tracks perfectly fitting to the running season: Sonnenblut am Platz der Perlen (A1) combines the gloomy atmosphere of the last winter and the warm feeling of todays sun to create an absolutely outstanding piece of music. Tira Mi Su (A2) eases up on the tempo to let you catch a breath and enjoy the day with some hip-house, as the two guys call it. Last but not least our dear friend Constantijn Lange provides us with a more fast paced version of Sonnenblut am Platz der Perlen (B1), giving it a more clubby appeal without losing the vibe of the original track.

Originally debuted on Dixon’s formidable Essential Mix in September, Downtown Party Network ft Egle Sirvydyte dropped ‘Space Me Out’ on Silence Music along with remixes from Musk, Mario Basanov and Hannes Fischer back in 2013. After much critical acclaim and being well-played by many top-djs, the track is now remixed by Downtown Party Network into this sparkling 2014 version. In the wake of Youandewan’s Spiral Arms EP, Will Saul’s AUS turn their attention from the established to the auspicious and present a brand new artist from the camp: Escape. Based in Glasgow. Escape is a fledgling talent whose cultivation amongst the ranks sees him now ready to drop the first of several EPs on AUS.

His debut EP ‘Just Escape’ is a poignant brew of delicately treated vocals, swooning strings and gut-wrenching melodicism. Backed up by remixes from the mighty Justin Martin and Jacques Greene this is a package that astutely straddles the bridge between pop and underground dance music - a skill which AUS have honed throughout their lauded and extensive anthology.

The title track drifts atop a glacial bed as softly shifting strings are punctuated by Escape’s haunting croon before ‘Without You’ blooms behind sportive synth work and jutting vocals that are underpinned by a vibrant 4/4 groove.

Dirtybird regular Justin Martin mines deep into ‘Just Escape’ and offers up a Remix and a Dub. Subtly permeated with some nifty sampling, his revision spotlights a vocal reprise that’s impelled by a low-end that punches in signature fashion.

LuckyMe mainstay Jacques Greene weighs in with a prodigious take on the title track that churns and swells throughout it’s extended duration rounding up an enlivening insight into an artist that’s primed to make some serious headway throughout 2015.

PRIMAL

Primal is an Icelandic electronic music producer and Dj based in Copenhagen.
The past few years, Primal has been involved with an electronic music project by the name of Kúra, featuring the Icelandic singer Fanney Osk.

Kúra, which became a widely recognized electronic act in northern Europe, offered an opportunity to explore new areas, ideas and genres. 
He eventually got introduced to the underground techno society by Just This crew.

Primal was then inspired to evolve his soundscape in new directions, resulting in a previously unexplored, darker universe with hypnotizing melancholic rhythms and heavy bass-lines.
The man behind Primal, Brynjar Bjarnfoss, was born in Reykjavík, Iceland where spent his early childhood years.

Since moving to Copenhagen at an early age, the music was always on the agenda. As a young adult he quickly got recognition in the Copenhagen underground electronic scene. He rapidly became a re-occurring act at various well renowned events, such as; Roskilde Festival, Distortion, Stella Polaris, STRØM and numerous clubs across Europe. He is currently featured as a newly implemented act of the Milano based Just This movement, and has recently cofounded the Just This record label.

J.M.F. is a joint venture consisting of Dresden’s Jacob Korn and Leipzig’s Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt. Together they howled with the coyotes deep down in the notorious uncanny valley and created two sparkling tracks “Philipp Dolphia“ and “At The Ranch“.

What do you know about Denmark? Think about it: hotdogs, licorice, beer, and a definite taste for alcohol. Vikings, Hamlet and Lego. Nor must we forget Hans Christian Andersen, Trentemøller and Junior Senior. So did we leave anything out? But of course we did; Jesper Ryom! This young Dane has already made a far-reaching impression with his "Nature Boy EP" on La Fleur’s label Power Plant Records, and recently his talent could also be heard on his remix of Marian’s "Passengers" on their remix album of “Only Out Hearts to Lose”. And now we are proud to present four new tracks on the digital Freude-Am-Tanzen sister label FATzig.

Jesper’s music is proof that house can be clever and still danceable, emotional and still cool. Again and again he mixes jazzy samples with self-played instruments and places these on a groovy four/four base to his own refined and not too heady vision of house. He’s got both legs in the club, and his mind on cloud nine. Guitar riffs drenched in reverb, vocals full of melancholy and harmonies for at least two eternities. Music that doesn't look at pop as a curse word, loves jazz and breathes dub. Direct from Copenhagen over Jena and out throughout the world. The open-air season can come right on by – and the next Denmark vacation too!

 Was weiß man eigentlich über Dänemark? Mal überlegen: Hot-Dogs, Lakritze, Bier und überhaupt viel Alkohol. Wikinger, Hamlet, Lebenslust und Lego. Der junge Däne hinterließ bereits mit seiner "Nature Boy EP" auf La Fleurs Label Power Plant Records mächtig Eindruck, veredelte zuletzt Marians "Passengers" für deren Remixkollektion des Only Our Hearts To Lose-Albums und legt nun endlich mit gleich vier neuen Tracks auf dem digitalen Freude-Am-Tanzen-Schwesterlabel FATzig nach.


Jespers Musik ist der beste Beweis dafür, dass House zugleich tanzbar und clever, emotional und cool sein kann. Immer wieder mischt er jazzige Samples mit selbsteingespielten Instrumenten und verschraubt diese auf einem groovenden Vierviertelfundament zu seiner ganz eigenen, raffinierten, aber nie zu verkopften Vision von House. It's a body thing, noch immer! Mit beiden Beinen im Club, im Kopf auf Wolke Sieben. Gitarren-Riffs, die den Sonnenaufgang heraufbeschwören, Vocals voller Melancholie und Harmonien für mindestens zwei Ewigkeiten. Musik, die Pop nicht als Schimpfwort versteht, Jazz liebt und Dub atmet. Direkt aus Kopenhagen über Jena hinaus in die Welt. The Italian-German composer, DJ and founder of the record label 99CHANTS. He has been releasing music since 2010, but it took self- evaluation and a re-examination of his priorities for August to lean towards the future and follow his most experimental inclinations.
In 2023, his output is harder than ever to define, stretching across genres and disciplines to chafe the heart of the human experience.
