After the OBLIVION of 2020 there is only HOPE going into 2023. This mix is inspired and dedicated to the woman I expected to spend the rest of my life with, my amazing partner of 10 years, and the loving, ever-patient mother, of my youngest son. My only hope is for this release to embody the magnitude of emotion endured throughout this time. Encompassing the tragedy of the past, with the potential of a future yet uncertain. HOPE is all I have left to give after what has felt like a never-ending struggle to adapt and survive. I found solace in a game, Eternal Hope, that reflects the journey I've embraced throughout this experience. Utilizing the art and soundtrack from that game's theme couldn't be more fitting. The majority of the tracks in this mix were presented to me by my partner with just a few hand-picked extras added. I'm endlessly grateful to her, my resilient family, and my dear close friends for helping me through these incredibly heavy last few years. This mix starts off with the intro music from the game and a sense of being stuck in a repeating loop each day. For those of you who have endured the trials and tribulations of 2020, I give you.... I am embracing my place on this earth as a Holistic Artist. I love creative expression and I love exploring the things about the world that have intangible beauty. I am fascinated by the surreal and abstract and my brain feels a special tingle when it finds just the right balance between confusion and understanding. Lately I have felt a pull towards music and I ave been able to create a few things I think are worth sharing as I experiment for the first time with sound instead of images. 

I am trying to embrace who I am after discovering I have aphantasia, which means I have no ability to see images in my minds eye, and I would like to work towards a life of embracing this through artistic experimentation, collaboration, and teaching. Because I can not visualize mentally I create my art through experimentation in front of me as a way of outsourcing my minds eye into real space, I would like to try recording and sharing as much of this as possible to create a sort of open source connection to my mind. I am still building the various elements of this life for myself and right now any support by means of purchasing my merch, subscribing, liking, giving constructive criticism, requesting commissions, ect... would mean the world to me right now. Literally, it would mean I could create my world to share.
