PREMIERE: David Di Sabato & Deviu - Divergence (Extended Mix)[Euphonic Visions]

Born in the suburbs of Milan, David developed a curious interest in music at a young age. Buying his first DJ equipment at 14, he pursued his passion for electronic music. Initially making mixes for his friends soon lead to his first real gig at 18 and various other clubs in north Italy.

In 2008, he started producing his own music and defining his unique style—a dark melodic blend with some deep techno influences. Popular artists like Tale Of Us, Kevin de Vries, Tiësto, Kyau & Albert, Darin Epsilon, Eelke Kleijn began to support his music, as well as multiple labels like ICONYC, Euphonic, Lost On You, Sequence, Proton Music, and more. And in 2017, David started a collab with the dutch producer Steve Banning, co-founding a music platform called “Melodic Deep” to help recognize and develop relationships with other talented artists.

In recent years, David continued to share his love for music becoming the Italian Ambassador for the Burn Residency in April 2018 — playing venues throughout Europe including Kappa FuturFestival, Movement Torino, A Summer Story Madrid, and ADE Amsterdam.

PREMIERE: David Di Sabato - Andaman (Bunched Remix) [Euphonic Visions]

We welcome David Di Sabato, for the 114th edition of the Deep in Mix series. 

Currently based in Milan, David’s journey through music has been anything but ordinary. Born in the city’s suburbs, he developed an innate curiosity for sound early in life, one that led him to purchase his first DJ setup at the age of 14. What began as homemade mixes for close friends quickly blossomed into a professional path, with his first club gig at 18 and numerous appearances across North Italy. By 2008, David began producing his music, gradually defining a sound rooted in dark melodic textures with Progressive and Deep Techno influences.

“My style is always evolving,” he shares, “but I’m drawn to deep emotion, cinematic flow, and analog energy.” This sonic identity - at once immersive and intricate - has resonated with global tastemakers including Tale Of Us, Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Kevin de Vries, Eelke Kleijn, Kyau & Albert and many others. Over the past two years, his work with Euphonic Visions has yielded standout releases like Long Gone, Divergence, and Andaman, tracks that have cemented his place within the Melodic Techno and Progressive House community.

David's collaborative spirit is just as vital as his creative output. In 2017, he joined forces with Dutch producer Steve Banning to launch 'Melodic Deep', a platform aimed at fostering relationships between rising producers and established names in the scene. The initiative reflects his deep commitment to artistic community and discovery. His career has taken him to some of the most celebrated dance music stages across Europe, from Kappa FuturFestival in Turin and Movement Festival to A Summer Story in Madrid and a Tomorrowland-curated performance on The Ark Cruise, where he had the honour of warming up for Luciano. Notable sets at ADE Amsterdam, IMS Ibiza, and iconic venues like Tunnel Club have further solidified his reputation as a versatile and captivating performer. “Turkey has one of my favourite crowds,” he notes, adding that international gigs in Geneva, Sarajevo, Barcelona, Budapest, and beyond have shaped his understanding of dance floors across cultures.

In his mixes, David thrives on contrast, gliding between melancholic melodies and club-ready grooves, often catching listeners off guard in the most delightful ways. “For this mix, I imagined travelling deep into outer space through turbulence and tranquility alike. I enjoy alternating between pure, deep melodies and more groove-driven tracks, and that’s exactly what this set is all about” he shares. That sense of voyage is unmistakable here, as ambient techno layers and progressive swells converge into a cinematic experience. With a new EP on the horizon, crafted in a rawer, darker, more analog spirit, reflective of his earliest music roots, and an official remix currently under wraps, David continues to push his creative frontiers while honouring the journey that shaped him. Dj & Producer. Born in the suburbs of Milan, David developed a curious interest in music at a young age. Buying his first DJ equipment at 14, he pursued his passion for electronic music. Initially making mixes for his friends soon lead to his first real gig at 18 and various other clubs in north Italy. In 2008, he started producing his own music and defining his unique style—a dark melodic blend with some deep techno influences. Popular artists like Tale Of Us, Tiësto, Kevin de Vries, Kyau & Albert, Darin Epsilon, Eelke Kleijn (and more) began to support his music, as well as multiple labels like ICONYC, Euphonic, Lost On You, Proton Music, and Balkan Connection. And in 2017, David started a collab with the dutch producer Steve Banning, co-founding a music platform called “Melodic Deep” to help recognize and develop relationships with other talented artists. In recent years, David continued to share his love for music becoming the Ambassador for the Burn Residency in April 2018 — playing venues throughout Europe including Kappa FuturFestival, Movement Torino, A Summer Story Madrid, IMS Ibiza and ADE Amsterdam.
