마지막 해전으로 기록되는 노량해전을 앞둔 이순신 장군님.셋째 아들
이면을 잃으시고 비통함과 절망에 빠지시게 됩니다. 그런 이순신장군님
감정을 생각하며 코드진행을 하였고 다시금 백성들과 나라를 생각하셔서
마음을 다 잡으시고 한놈도 살려보내지 않겠다는 각오로 직접 북을 치시는
장면을 생각하며 북소리를 넣어 그때의 현장감을 살려보았습니다.
코드는 마이너적인 진행으로 하여 비통함을 표현하였지만
Drop 부분은 한놈도 살려보내지 않으시는 이순신 장군님의 포부와 강단있는
모습을 생각하며 공격적이고 탄탄한 베이스라인으로 진행을 하였습니다. 존경하는 이순신장군님께 바칩니다. 감사합니다.

After Grimmy showed me the original a few weeks ago on stream, I just knew I wanted do something with the original song. Whether it be an edit that stayed in the vault for shows or a full blown remix that would someday see the light of day, I chose the latter because I could NOT contain my excitement at the final product. Huge shoutout to not only Grimmy and the other vocalists, but the VISIONEERS for making an amazing track, and another huge shoutout to my mom for telling me I fucked up quite a few notes while singing, all of them are the goats to me.
