I started this beat with the sample loop that plays throughout the whole track. Then I created the drum pattern, added the 808, shaker, played the flute and marimba. After the beat was about 3/4 of the way through, I found this acapella which was in the same scale and I timestretched it to fit. I really like the lyrics, the acapella is Lele Pons- Celoso.

All I did on this was chop a sample, the drumbreak and pieced them together. Added some automation and filtering on the sample/bass. Simple beat for a complex story telling joint.

Summer Memories

Originally made this beat last year at this time. Recently mixed it way better and re-released it. All Original sample from my Pearl 9 Note Tongue Drum that I recorded and chopped. I created the drum and 808 pattern, added some background water droplets and finally chopped up some BIG for the hook.
