IT'S TIME for the AWKWARD... LIFE

Here's a few examples of the station sound that Surge developed in 2012. It used voices from students at the University who put themselves forward as part of our 'voice of surge competition'. The main themes of the jingle package was repetition of key information, uptempo beds, and mixing the different voices.

Here's our main jingle that we developed to advertise the month RSL, that Surge had successfully applied for the month of February 2012. It was the longest period of FM Surge had in over 6 years, and this jingle was the compilation of the biggest events and general celebration.

Listening to a song you love can always put a smile on your face... but knowing that you've shared a song you love with millions of others is just something else! 

This profile is formed with a mixture of demos, radio edits and mashups, with some jingles for Surge Radio (that I currently manage) thrown in for good measure.
