Meditation Exercise:

1. Sit with feet planted on the floor, or lay down comfortably. Take a deep breath and release.

2. Run your awareness through your body releasing any tension or stress, start at the top of your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, spine, groin and hips, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, toes.

3. Gently breath in for 4 seconds, then our for 6 releasing the breath slowly. Continue this pattern and observe your breath, if you lose concentration, bring your awareness back to the breath.

This session has been designed for deep inner transformation, revitalization, and consciousness expansion. It is one of the most powerful healers I have made. Theta is known as a miracle healing mental state and 528Hz relates to Transformation, Miracles, and DNA Repair. 

528Hz plays throughout the whole video and varying volumes along with theta isochronic tones. Not only is 528Hz the most popular Solfeggio frequency for healing but it is coincidentally used by genetic biochemists for DNA Repair. Through the power of resonance, different frequencies will affect us in different ways. This frequency has been known to work transformation and miracles. 528Hz is the frequency of all botanical life on earth, it is the frequency of love, and NASA shows it is also the frequency of our sun! Finally we know the ancient Egyptians used Solfeggio for healing and altering consciousness in large sound chambers where they would reverberate frequencies (eg. 528Hz) throughout the chambers to generate specific effects on individuals. For example if someone had an issue with their heart they would play a frequency that resonates with the heart thus vibrating all the cells in the affected area back into harmony.

Instructions:

1) Sit down with your back straight

This session is Guided by swami niranjan anand saraswati.

Yoga-nidra was experienced by Swami Satyananda Saraswati[citation needed] when he was living with his guru Swami Sivananda in Rishikesh. He began studying the tantric scriptures and, after practice, constructed a system of relaxation, which he began popularizing in the mid 20th century.[3] He explained yoga-nidra as a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opened deep phases of the mind, suggesting a connection with the ancient tantric practice called nyasa, whereby Sanskrit mantras are mentally placed within specific body parts, while meditating on each part (of the bodymind). The form of practice taught by Swami Satyananda includes eight stages (Internalisation, Sankalpa, Rotation of Consciousness, Breath Awareness, Manifestation of Opposites, Creative Visualization, Sankalpa and Externalisation).

Teachers such as Osho[4] and Anandmurti Gurumaa define yoga-nidra as a state of conscious deep sleep. One appears to be sleeping but the unconscious mind is functioning at a deeper level: it is sleep with a trace of deep awareness. In normal sleep we lose track of our self but in yoga nidra, while consciousness of the world is dim and relaxation is deep, there remains an inward lucidity and experiences may be absorbed to be recalled later. 

..." the ultimate state of yoga nidra in which the conventional barriers between waking, dreaming and deep sleep are lifted, revealing the simultaneous operation of the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. The result is a single, enlightened state of consciousness and a perfectly integrated and relaxed personality."
