The Boston Project - Pedigree (Demo)

This is a track I played bass on made by my good friend Justin Holmes from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Brief background, Justin and I both marched the WGI indoor percussion ensemble Palmetto Percussion in 2011, and he's one of the cleanest and tastiest snare drummers I know. Flash forward to now, he originally sent me this track just to get my opinion on it (naturally, I loved it!), but seeing as I'm always wanting to collaborate, I offered to lay down some bass tracks. Lo and behold, this is the end result.

The original track was made with FL Studio 9, and bass was recorded and mixed in Logic using a Peavey Grind 6 string bass into a Line6 UX2 interface straight into the MacBook.
