Song review: "A sprawling, heart-on-sleeve anthem that captures the precise moment a shared world dissolves. The lyrics trace the haunting paradox of intimacy: feeling like a ghost in someone’s life (“you say that I’m dead while you’re walkin’”) while still being utterly defined by their presence (“In your day I’m high”). The song builds to a breathtaking, repetitive climax—“Till we combined, there was you”—that feels less like a memory and more like a ritual incantation, desperately trying to summon a lost connection before surrendering to the ache of its absence.
