Did you know that Ansonica was a type of wine grapes growing in Tuscany ? Well, I didn't, but what I knew was that @_ansonica_ is a very cool Italian DJ based in Berlin! Co-founder of @cosmic.circuit.bln with @eclectic.elektra she can be found sharing her happy vibe across the city, adding her energy and her touch to the scene. For this set she cooked us a mix of genres that made her think of "sexy & hot vibes", gradually turning up the heat as the mix goes on. A true story is developed here, using different inspirations but all centered around a main theme. Every song in this selection will make you feel like in the middle of a heatwave during a summer night (you know, the ones where you can walk barefoot and even the concrete is still warm). Thanks so much for sharing your universe!! 🔥

PS : the last Cosmic circuit event was not later than last week-end and the line-up was very very cool so if I were you I would follow and check out what's coming next!!

This week a very special guest mix for the Sunset Lovers is coming from UK based selector and DJ, always fantastic Simon Spencer and brings you carefully selected quality sunbathed melodies for your listening pleasure.
I dig his music and love his mixes and I bet you’ll feel the same once you hear him play.
Simon started DJing in 1989 after being influenced by the balearic scene and DJs like Andrew Weatherall, Steve Proctor (early Rampling, Oakenfold, Trevor Fung).

Ran techno nights 'Fetish Every Friday' night with the likes of Dean Thatcher, Craig Walsh, Trevor Rockcliffe, The Advent, Daz Saund, Alex Knight, Luke Slater, Mr. C, and Surgeon. Simon also DJ'd and promoted Pychosis, Politics of Dancing, and a House night promoting up-and-coming DJs like Steve Lawler and Chad Jackson. 

Early House Sound of Chicago, New Beat, Acid House, Balearic House were his biggest influences. Simon has Dj'd mainly in the UK and Scandinavia.
