We are poppin to show the next work that will be release by Seres Produções very shortly. A work that will joint Dj Lesh and Inami in a vibrant EP namely 'All or Nothing'.

DJ Lesh SA is a proudly South African 'Producer & DJ' who started the music journey at the age of 16 years old in the streets of Tembisa where he was born. He is driven by the love of vocal house and African music what you can see in his musics.

Inami is a kenyan singer who is slowly taking over and further strengthening her position in the movement of House music , Equatorial House music ( for it so entitled ) , which is made in Nairobi to the world. Assumes a mix of delicacy and euphoria in music in which it participates , taking us on a journey with these duality always present

The song 'All or nothing' is about being in love and giving it your all.
Falling in love again takes a leap of Faith. It is easy to fall in love but not to stay in love. When you realize you're falling in love, you start to let go, trust and truly believe in happily ever after. Nonetheless, When you know your worth you never settle for anything less, seeing as the lesson learnt from being burnt, always remains 'All or nothing'.

Def Mix Music are pleased to present ‘The Evolution’ by Brooklyn Friends – a full length LP from David Morales.

Working closely with Steve Thornton – a world-class percussionist – David has created an album featuring 11 DJ friendly original productions that have been fully road-tested across global dance floors.

Resurrecting the Brooklyn Friends alias - which David has been using since the 1990’s for releases such as ‘Philadelphia’ and ‘Gloria’s Groove’ on King Street – seemed like a perfect fit for this collection of percussive, instrumental club-based workouts. Starting life as a series of personal DJ tools, the series has now evolved into an LP release featuring cuts such as ‘The Amazing Drum’, ‘Evolution – Part 1’, ‘Funktion’ and ‘House’.

The name DJ Satelite and Cee ElAssaad are two of which has been mentioned consistently throughout the year and most certainly have made their mark on the Afro House scene with great releases. To add further to their catalogue, DM.Recordings are proud to present our forthcoming release and label debut from DJ Satelite and Cee ElAssaad with their single ‘If Only’ featuring Inami. 

These clever pair of producers have embedded their culture/nationality in their original by providing listeners with a full flavour of Angolan and Moroccan house music. This smooth, base-rich track is nicely heightened with tribal drums and slick vocals from Inami. 

To add to the original in creating a fuller package of music, our very own Jonny Miller is back with a dreamy spin on this track through his masterly keys. In addition to this, Jackson Brainwave provides even further depth with an edgy tech sound capturing his distinctively sharp kicks. Lastly, Caiiro wraps up the remixes with a well crafted afro-ridden remix that will speak straight to your feet given it orders to dance. 

This EP is set to do big things and take us into the last quarter of the year in high spirits. 

About DJ Satelite: 

DJ Satelite, a native of Luanda, started his career by raw, passionate curiosity and quickly became one of the main drivers of Afro House and Kuduro in many lusophone countries. After dedicating years on his own productions, in 2006 he achieved notoriety as one of the co-producers of the album Estado Maior do Kuduro dos Lambas. It is also known as the first album produced by a local artist and gained stellar reviews in Angola. In particular, the hit single, 'Se desfio' conquered the hearts of a huge fan base. Satelite's productions have been featured on the critically acclaimed film 'I Love Kuduro'. Satelite's journey has taken him to some of the biggest events and organizations, such as Red Bull Music Academy and the Ibiza International Music Summit. This year, he also got to show his live skills on Boiler Room, alongside Batida. DJ Satelite is an ambassador of the new Angolan sound and a pioneer of the African Electronic Music scene that burns dance floors all across the globe.

About Cee ElAssaad: 

Seasoned music lover and one of the most influent DJs and producers in the Moroccan house scene who’s adventure started in the early 2000’s. His passion grants to his musical universe an incredible depth and an unique style on the turntables. Cee ElAssaad has experienced a lot of success with his former track releases which include a collaboration with American soul singer Ama Chandra, that received great reception through a remix by the legendary DJ Spinna with ‘Mahboubti’.

David Morales is a globally revered American DJ, a Grammy award-winning record producer, songwriter, and businessman. He has produced and remixed over 1000+ records for an all-star roster of multi-platinum artists, including Mariah Carey, U2, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, and Whitney Houston. A true legend of house music, the global phenomenon and penetration of dance music into Top 40 radio would not have been possible without him.
More recently, Morales launched DIRIDIM Records in 2018. With this new label, David is signing and developing new talent - and naturally, releasing some of his own music. DIRIDIM celebrates all kinds of dance music, ranging from the classic house music sound Morales is known for to straight-up electronic sonorities. David Morales has transcended musical genres to create a global brand. His music productions have appeared in popular films and television shows, including The Devil Wears Prada, Ninja Turtles 2, Don’t Mess With the Zohan, and Star (TV Series). His DIRIDIM radio show can be heard on Ibiza Global Radio and numerous other stations around the world which is streamed to millions of listeners around the world. In 2016, Morales was the lead judge on “Top DJ” a national television series broadcast on Italia 1. When it came time to wear his fashion model hat, Morales appeared in a global advertising campaign for luxury design house, Iceberg. 

HISTORY
David Morales honed his skills as a DJ in the 1980s and 1990s at such legendary clubs as the Ozone Layer, Paradise Garage, Red Zone, Zanzibar, Tunnel and Club USA just to name a few. When the remix and DJ work began taking off, Morales teamed up with house music legend, Frankie Knuckles, and For The Record DJ Pool founder/NYC nightlife impresario, Judy Weinstein, to create Def Mix Productions.
Morales’ prolific production career kicked into high gear in the 1990s with the release of his solo debut album, “The Program” by David Morales & The Bad Yard Club. In the late-1990s, with hundreds of remixes (Mariah Carey’s “Dreamlover,” Janet Jackson’s “Throb,” Alison Limerick’s “Where Love Lives,” CeCe Peniston’s “Finally,” Jamiroquai’s “Space Cowboy”, Jaydee’s “Plastic Dreams,” Robert Owens’ “I’ll Be Your Friend,” under his belt, Morales recorded the groundbreaking house classic, “Needin’ U,” under the alias David Morales Presents The Face. Morales’ second album, “2 Worlds Collide,” arrived in 2005, followed six years later, by his third album, “Changes.” 
David Morales was nominated for his first Grammy Award in 1996 as a Producer on Mariah Carey’s album, ‘Daydream’ for the song ‘Fantasy’. In 1998 he won a Grammy Award for “Remixer of the Year.”
Though Morales’ past is surely one for music’s history books, the DJ-turned-artist always has his eyes firmly focused on the future—on what lies ahead. He keeps an ear to the ground, regularly exploring new music, new artists, and hotly tipped DJs who might inspire him to “go and do my homework.” He happily embraces the new generation of clubgoers. “They don’t care about yesterday”, he says, with a knowing smile.
