This album was our first creation and since the recording back in 2009, my voice depth, feeling and the production level of succeeding albums had left this one a little behind. I felt that the songs were timeless and deserved better. So I decided to bring the songs up to the production level of the other albums and first we tuned them down to 432Hz (which is the new frequency that I play music in) and then I sang it again. I hope you enjoy the vibes.

I found this recording of a song i had forgotten about - a song i wrote last autumn while being touched by the deep teachings of the trees as they shed their leaves. For me this song carries an incredible tale. As i was writing it i remember thinking 'i'm such a fraud! I'm writing a song about diving into winter's darkness and i'm about to get on a plane to Hawaii!' Little did i know how deeply intelligent my soul was, and little did i know i would not board that plane and would unexpectedly have the most intensely transformative death and rebirth experience of my life that winter. When i found this song again i was blown away to hear the words that were predicting what was to come. This song feels close to my heart once again as this special time of year comes around, and as i look forward to resting into a snuggly winter in Devon, giving thanks for each new morning that i am alive.... having said that i have learned to laugh at my plans! Who knows what will happen this winter!
