Questa composizione, è ispirata all' "Hymne à la Beauté" di Baudelaire. Quello che è un libro di protesta, una voce dissonante di un coro di armoniche poesie incentrate sulla natura, l'amore, la contemplazione, la nostalgia romantica, l'amor patrio, presenta inoltre la lotta incessante tra le aspirazione del poeta, la lussuria dei sensi, l'armonia dei luoghi, la pace serale, che riesce ad essere sempre frenetica, altalenante, fruttifera per il genio creativo.
Essenzialmente siamo di fronte a una vita di aspirazioni, di bramosie, di apollineo contrapposto a dionisiaco: quadri sempre affascinanti, mutevoli, ambigui; tra una pars construens che edifica la verità del bello e una pars destruens che marcisce nella miseria e nell'indigenza dell'annientamento. Ho deciso di utilizzare questo testo perché i temi della raccolta sono la morte e l'amore, l'inferno e il paradiso, Dio e Satana, i vizi e la virtù, la noia e l'allegria, il tempo e la monotonia, la bellezza e la bruttezza in un continuo dualismo che porta allo scontro e infine alla creazione. La poesia di Baudelaire si colloca a metà fra due mondi, che entrano in contatto attraverso la sua poesia e attraverso l'entità di cui parla lo scrittore. Ho potuto in tal modo esplicitare al meglio questo concetto di ambivalenza anche nella mia composizione: l'Albero infatti comunica con questi due mondi tendendo al cielo, con i rami agganciati alla terra. Ho tentato così di creare un “passaggio” fra una realtà sintetica e una concreta che appartengono allo stesso universo, alla stessa entità: l'idea di due frammenti che uniti compongono un intero, di due diversi poli che collaborano per un unico fine.

Viens-tu du ciel profond ou sors-tu de l'abîme,
Ô Beauté! ton regard, infernal et divin,
Verse confusément le bienfait et le crime,
Et l'on peut pour cela te comparer au vin.

David Pergalani, in art David_P as MainVein, is born in Perugia in 1986. Since the infancy his great passion for music was noticed; his parents, aware of this predisposition, immediately enrolled him to private lessons of piano, approaching him moreover to percussion instruments and classical or electric guitars, with which he had a lot of fun. Already from the age of 14 his musical culture was very ample and included the most disparate kinds of music. This deep and rooted culture introduced him to rhythms and sounds that were still unknowed or unappreciated by the boys of his age. Anyway his favourite genre is House Music that seemed to be entered him the veins and that has accompanied him for all the middle schools, superior, until today. His friends immediately understood his predisposition for being a Dj and by now his experience as dj for birthdays and parties is great; infact the public is always satisfied of his performances which are made with a lot of enthusiasm and passion. His love for the vinyls has enriched even more his culture of House music and his collection has an elevated number of vinyl, that is in continuous growth. In 2007 his experience has brought him to undertake, at first just for pure fun, the activity of producer, but it is exactly from the summer of that year that he devotes his soul and body ,seriously and constantly, to this activity, creating original tracks, unique in their own style.
