This is the last of the conceptual mixes that were made for the WeMakeTheMusic project which involved making one track every day for a month using iMaschine for iPhone, recording into Audacity, and sequencing everything on the fly.

Twenty-Four

Composed in 2011 while in Baton Rouge, about a mile from the 40-foot levee just barely holding back the cresting flood waters of the Mississippi River. The working title was originally "Metro," because it evoked a certain metropolitan flavor.
