In the 90's, the best house music always came out of the gay clubs, so Gay Pride Weekend in NYC was a highlight of the year, especially at the legendary Twilo.  I was playing a bit more vocals that night and a little lighter as well. You know it's Pride when Cher ends up somewhere in the set! Enjoy!

20+ years ago (????!!!!!), I was the resident DJ at the hottest club in South Beach, flying to Miami every Friday and back to NY every Sunday. I think this mixtape (freshly converted to MP3!) from Liquid Nightclub recorded in October 1996 best represented my style back then. Playing a 10+ hour can be a challenge, but I got some great mixes out of it.
