Davis and the Love is the brainchild of frontman Nate Davis and producer Jordan Hawley. Together they created a sound that combines elements of the past, nods to Motown, and soulful inspiration with today's modern pop landscape. The "Old School New School" sound is one they have honed through the deliberate instrumentals and band that now rounds out Davis & The Love. Keys, bass, drums, guitar and are all intrinsic to the throwback feel of each record. Davis commands emotion and rawness through song writing, while Hawley effortlessly weaves his production throughout to create a dichotomous and all encompassing vibe that is both of today, the past, and the future.
