The Davis Clarinet Quartet was formed by four students of the Royal Academy of Music in 2009. This unusual and special ensemble exploits the virtues of the clarinet, enabling the group to play music that ranges from lyrical beauty to incredible virtuosity! It is made up of three clarinets and one bass clarinet and we play music from pop and jazz arrangements to Gershwin songs as well as classical music.  

We recently entered the Pizza Express Big Audition, and were voted into the top 50 out of 7500 applicants.
We are Live Music Now! artists, a role which sees us playing for people in care homes and also for children in special schools, and there was a rigorous audition and interview process for this position. The Davis Clarinet Quartet also have experience performing background music, as well as giving lunchtime and evening recitals.
