In summer, many DJs fly to participate in numerous parties and festivals. In front of the many seas surrounding Jeju Island, the warm sunshine and wonderful music lead music lovers to paradise.

'The Cliff' and 'Sunset Cliff' are the central points in the Jeju DJ scene. It is not a place where you can enjoy alcohol and food in a simple tourist complex, but a place where you can feel music and people, and it has been a place of exchange for many DJs.

And as the first result of that exchange, we are preparing a compilation album called 'Cliff'. Under the general production of Venue's music director Moryhp, domestic and foreign producers based on Cliff are filling the album with nine beautiful and lyrical tracks that remind you of Jeju Island.

Cliff's compilation album Cliff V.1, which will be released through the domestic underground label davotab, participated by Dabotab's producers Bagagee Viphex13 and Pierre Blanche, as well as Gio Vanhoutte & Nathan Fix, GreenNavy, Matilda Eara, Moryhp, and Sun domestic and overseas proficient producers. , In charge of mixing and mastering at Studio Giant Village, the overall sound quality was improved.

The producers made it only for Cliff, different from the music they used to make. This album, made up of Progressive Break, House, Melodic Techno, etc, is good for listening to music, as well as for dancing in a club.

'Gookbo', which is prepared and released every year at davotab, is the 6th album this year. We have been releasing steadily for 6 years, and we are moving towards the 10th anniversary release.

Francesco Paparo aka Otherside (ITA) is an emerging DJ \ producer strongly influenced by Acid Techno sounds and by artists such as A * S * Y * S, T78, Kai Tracid, Alex Stein etc.
After graduating in Pharmacy he decides to combine the passion for chemistry with the Acid sound, so his tracks will bear the names of molecules and chemical formulas.

Pierre Blanche - Dimension

In 2019, Pierre Blanche achieved noticeable growth. Their masterpiece, Ares, echoed around the world through Deadmau5, and Carl Cox, the King of Techno, is playing Belocca's Behind The Mask, which they remixed. They are also receiving love calls from around the world and has taken a step closer to the world stage through Davotab Records' 2019 ADE Tour. 

They will release the Remix EP of Dimension, the track in the annual compilation album GOOKBO3HO by Davotab Records, wrapping up their movement in 2019. 
Dimension is a techno track that maximizes the sense of space. And the three-dimensional sound and melody are a good example of Pierre Blanche's style. Dimension performed well at the time of the release and also Pierre Blanche unveiled the work process for the track during a seminar session at Zonna Festival, created by label owner Bagagee Viphex13. 

A Progressive House master Gai Barone, President of Consumed Music and artist of SCI+TEC, Alpha Particle Assembly and Celic, who is drawing attention through leading labels such as Terminal M, Form Music and Set About participated in the reinterpretation of Dimension. Newly created in different styles, remixes illustrate the styles of remixers. 

Gai Barone showed his style without filtration. It features a progressive and emotional chord progressions and a heavy base line, this is also good for club track and listening track. Alpha Particle Assembly reinterpreted Dimension with European Banger Techno, and Celic keep the original source to complete a more striking techno track. 

It is enough to look forward to 2020 by Davotab Records, which introduced the music of artists around the world through GOOKBO3HO compilation album and EPs in 2019, showing it is Korea's best underground label.

Gookbo (國寶), the Davotab's regular compilation album, has reached its 4th year. This album has become a must-release once a year, and is as important as the their own festival, Jonnafe, held every year at Davotab. Besides, the last Gookbo album released last year was nominated for the Korean Popular Music Awards and it gave them a lot of pressure on the completion of the new. Davotab has held a release party every year, but unfortunately the release party this year is uncertain due to Covid19 pandemic. However, no one can stop their passion for music.

There have also been many changes. In the previous album, it was a work with various genres and local artists. However, it ends with a pure techno album by local and foreign artists, as if showing the unique colors of Davotab that became more clear as time passed.

This powerful techno album with 10 tracks is produced by artists who have released single and EP albums on Davotab. They carefully discussed the production of new tracks and completed them one by one with many corrections. All the songs are from different artists, but they reflect the character and effort to compose the story to become one.

The album that was supposed to be released this summer was delayed to winter due to long preparations, but they want to show the evolution of Davotab. In particular, the mastering studio 'Giant Village' run by Davotab artist, Pierre Blanche, is in charge of mastering the entire album, giving a sense of unity in the sound color.
