Keatch adds a growling bass, groovy beats and a weird top line which all blend well with Matic Mouth’s vocals. His version takes the catchy original and carves it into a genuinely pounding electro-house dance floor hit, and we absolutely love it..

De tracks op dit album vormen samen een autobiografisch verhaal uit een alternatief universum. Hieronder lees je track per track het verloop van het verhaal.

1. Het Feest En Zij

De man ontmoet de vrouw die hem verlaten heeft onverwacht op een feest. Hij ziet hoe ze in de toiletten verdwijnt met een vriend van hem. Verteerd door verdriet en jaloezie zet hij het op een drinken en eindigt bij het ochtendgloren alleen in de goot.

2. Vergeten

De man sukkelt in een depressie, lijdt aan slapeloosheid en mijmert al drinkend over zijn gebroken relatie. 

3. Dada

De drank brengt geen soelaas. De man stort zich op de kunst en creëert absurde dadaïstische werken. 

4. Een Liefdeslied (kan ook zonder heel schoon woorden)

Toch vindt hij ook in de kunst geen heil. Het liefdesverdriet blijft.  

5. Alles Mag Er Zijn

Hij verdiept zich vervolgens in spiritualiteit. 

6. Waar Zitte Golle?

Zijn hoop op spirituele verlossing leidt tot een psychose. Hij wacht op de terugkeer van oude goden-kosmonauten om alles op te lossen. Zij komen echter niet. 

7. Ver Weg Van Hier

Op een brug ontmoet de man een vrouw die wil springen. Hij probeert haar te overhalen er van af te zien. Zijn eigen woorden tegen haar doen hem inzien dat het leven niet alleen miserie is.

8. Gratis Jas

Een broodnodig humoristisch intermezzo over free jazz.

9. Zelfhulpgroepromance

De man belandt in de psychiatrie, waar hij de vrouw terug ontmoet die van de brug wilde springen. Het klikt tussen hen. Ondanks de waarschuwingen van hun omgeving dat ze beiden te labiel zijn voor een relatie, wagen ze het er op.
