I wrote it with no specific goal, but realized while camping this captures a pond I hiked by that was amply populated with dragonflies. This work is light, flighty, dense at times, and uplifting at times. Enjoyable work for a change. Perhaps Thoreau was hanging around.

This is a light hearted Pierrot ensemble that was very fun to write. It's got shelfs of the full percussion instruments but also melodic spurts from the strings.
